Looking for some inspiration on how to use your ZeroCarb Pizza Crusts? This month we're mixing it up a bit...We’re introducing two new ZeroCarb recipes—and neither of them involve pizza?! If you've been following ZeroCarb on Facebook and Instagram, you've probably seen some of our posts detailing various ways to utilize the ZeroCarb Pizza Crust—as tortilla chips, paninis, and even desserts. Now's your chance to try it for yourself with our ZeroCarb Wrap and ZeroCarb Quesadilla recipes!
These ZeroCarb recipes are all about tapping into your creativity and making your own ZeroCarb creation! To start, we'll be making a gluten-free wrap or burrito. Here's what you'll need to get started:
- 1 ZeroCarb Pizza Crust
- Your preferred ingredients and fillings for a wrap or burrito—bonus points if they're keto friendly or diabetic friendly!
- Hot griddle or skillet
Start by thawing your ZeroCarb Pizza Crust for 10-15 minutes or until it's completely thawed. Once your crust is thawed, cook the crust on a hot griddle or skillet for about one minute on each side. When the crust becomes warm and flexible, you'll know that it's ready to remove from the heating element.
After removing your crust from the grill, add in your preferred toppings and fillings. We love a healthy wrap with spinach, grilled chicken, and low-fat cheese, but don't be afraid to indulge in something more substantial like a beef and cheese burrito! Next, carefully roll the crust to protect the contents from falling out. If you prefer a warmer meal, place your wrap or burrito back on the griddle for another minute on each side. Finished! Now it's time to sit back and enjoy—you've earned it!

Our second recipe is for those of you who can't resist Mexican-style foods! One of the great features of our ZeroCarb Pizza Crust is that it's the perfect size for quesadillas. Just like with our zero-carb alternative wrap recipe, feel free to add in your favorite keto ingredients to make your ultimate ZeroCarb quesadilla. Here's what you'll need:
- 1 ZeroCarb Pizza Crust
- ½ cup of your preferred shredded cheese
- (Optional) ¼ cup of your preferred protein, pulled
- (Optional) ¼ cup of your preferred vegetables, diced
- Hot griddle or skillet
Begin by setting out your ZeroCarb Pizza Crust to thaw—10-15 minutes or until fully thawed—and turning your heating element to medium heat. After your crust has thawed, cook it for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Add in your cheese and any proteins or vegetables that you have selected onto one half of the crust.
Now that your crust has become warm and flexible, fold the crust in half and gently press down to form the shape of your quesadilla. Continue cooking the crust until the cheese begins to melt—you should see it start to melt out the side of your quesadilla. Flip the quesadilla and let it sit in the skillet for about two more minutes.
After the time has passed, remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice it into four triangles for easier handling. Now it's time to enjoy your quick-and-easy, protein-based ZeroCarb quesadilla! For added flavor, pair it with a healthy dipping option of your choice.
