Start small and write down your goals in the SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely) format to help you visualize actionable steps. Try putting your SMART goals on your refrigerator or somewhere you will see them daily, especially when cooking!
We all know New Year’s Resolutions are commonly abandoned within a month or two, but we don’t want that to be you! A major cause of the burnout and loss of motivation is due to people setting unrealistic goals with no steps to achieve them.
