• Stir until smooth.
• Do not heat.
• Refrigerate any unused portion.

• Warm for 15–20 seconds until soft.

Gyro Slices:

• Heat 4–5 slices for 45–60 seconds (loosely covered).

Pan or Skillet Method:

• Warm on medium-high 20–30 seconds per side.
• For a lightly crisp pita, brush both sides with oil before heating.
  
  

Gyro Slices:

• Cook 20–30 seconds per side until heated through.
