Position: B2B Digital Marketing Manager
Type: Full-time - Remote
Working days and hours: M-F 9:00am est - 5:00 pm est
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase in-store sales for our products at retail and restaurant chains.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and effective content for various digital marketing channels.
- Work with the media buyer to set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, display networks).
- Understand each of our customers' consumer base to leverage for optimal content creation and messaging.
- Create written content with support of tools that communicates our products’ benefits clearly to customers that can be used in various marketing forms (e.g. social ads, emails, etc.)
- Analyze performance data from digital ad campaigns and content, using insights to optimize and improve future marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular updates and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Manage and oversee the company's online presence, including website, social media accounts, and online store.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them as appropriate.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retail and restaurant partners, to support collaborative marketing efforts.
- Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years of Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for products in retailer chains.
- Experience in the USA market is a plus.
Skills:
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
